Facebook is seeking a Consulting Psychologist for our growing global Psychological Health Team. Our Psychological Health team is responsible for the development, implementation and measurement of global programs to support teams who are exposed to graphic and objectionable content. In this role, you will leverage evidence informed best practices to strategically influence the development, design, and delivery of Psychological Health Programs.

Through ensuring high performance on existing programs and helping to facilitate the transition of new programs, you will have a strong impact on the company's growth and the psychological health of its people. ??Candidates should have a psychology background with resiliency-based program building experience. Consultative experience with communication and large-scale operation program management skills are highly desirable. ?

Consulting Psychologist - Psychological Health Team Responsibilities

  • Influence the design, development and measurement of evidence-based psychological health programs for workers impacted by exposure to graphic and objectionable content

  • Advise and partner with business leaders to understand work impact and propose design solutions to team Program Managers

  • Be a trusted advisor to Employment Law, HRBP, Employee Relations and leadership teams.

  • Conduct market research and leverage best practices from industry used to influence and drive the delivery of scalable, market leading programs

  • Develop and deliver a variety of wide-ranging psychological health workshops and trainings for both ICs and managers, including bespoke workshops as required.

  • Provide consultation and coaching support to leadership in relation to sustaining employee/team well-being, particularly in response to acute and time sensitive situations.

  • Create communication content, eg. (short) videos and posts, for internal comms on resiliency and mental health

  • Provide consultation and support for teams exposed to graphic and objectionable content.

  • Be prepared to influence large strategic priorities and coordinate across all stakeholders (internal and external) as needed to ensure the right design, execution, communication and resources are in place to deliver the key milestones

  • Prioritize and deliver timely, high quality data driven work

Minimum Qualifications

  • Masters or PhD degree in social work or clinical psychology

  • 5+ years of experience working with individuals suffering from trauma and/or Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder

  • Licensed Clinician

  • Must demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving skills and project management skills

  • Excellent interpersonal relationship, strategic partnership and influencing skills

  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and lead multiple projects simultaneously involving various groups, locations, and vendors

  • Must have strong organization skills and be detail oriented, conscientious, thorough and accurate

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage ambiguity

  • Willingness to travel required for this role approximately 30%
