Description Facebook is seeking a Global Project Manager to join the Total Rewards (Compensation & Benefits) team, reporting to the VP of Total Rewards. This Project Manager will be a global point of contact for project and program execution and management across the entire global total rewards organization. This global role will oversee the project management of every medium to large scale project across Total Rewards, partnering with the VP and the Total Rewards leadership team. Additionally, the role will be the liaison across the people space regarding Total Rewards initiatives, including People Operations, People Products, People Analytics, Learning & Development, and HRBPs. This Project Manager will also be responsible for total rewards leadership for internal organizational health initiatives such as off-sites, All Hands and other efforts, in conjunction with the VP. The successful candidate will drive our strategy across the team and ensure that our initiatives accrue to the company mission, to make Total Rewards experiences even better.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Key point of contact for all Total Rewards projects and initiatives at the HR Leadership Team level

  • Facilitate relationships between teams, moving processes forward, finding resources, raising concerns to appropriate owners early and resolving open issues that prevent progress

  • Partner with People Analytics team in the development of a Total Rewards quantitative dashboard

  • Support strategic program initiatives with change management strategy and execution

  • Prepare presentations, as needed, for status reports, executive updates, meetings, annual planning, etc.

  • Work with program partners (e.g. HRBPs, People Analytics, People Products, People Insights, People Operations) to establish deadlines related to overall program goals, ensure team is aware of key milestone dates, and communicate issues related to staying on schedule

  • Manage program meetings, schedules, key milestone dates and delivery

  • Partner with Finance on annual headcount and T&E budget preparation

  • Track and escalate feedback related to Total Rewards programs/projects as needed

  • Identify and recommend improvements to internal processes related to Total Rewards

  • Lead initiative to determine role alignment between People Operations and Total Rewards

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of HR or consulting experience in the HR/people space

  • Experience with project management/change management

  • Experience prioritizing needs with reason and solutions

  • Communication, relationship building, consulting, and teamwork experience

  • Experience with improving ideas to processes and innovating approaches to project management

  • Program documentation experience

  • Experience in switching from strategic to detail mode regularly

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA/BS degree

  • Compensation and/or benefits experience, including international

  • Experience helping global organizations scale

  • Experience operating in a matrixed and constantly changing environment
