To help us understand and design this experience, we are looking for a strategic, creative, action-oriented Employee Voice Program Manager. This role will work with our HR/People leadership team to understand what matters most to the people who work at Facebook and design programs to drive employee engagement at Facebook.
Within the People Growth team, and in collaboration with the People Analytics team and other teams across the People organization, the successful candidate will drive our strategy to understand the experience people have working at Facebook and develop new initiatives to make that experience even better.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop an engagement strategy that supports the People organization’s goals and focus areas

  • Run bi-annual and ongoing engagement surveys and partner with People Analytics and People Insights and Engineering to identify the best methods to derive engagement insights

  • Own exit experience and exit survey, understanding the core reasons people leave Facebook and partnering to improve retention and exit experience

  • Communicate ongoing insights about the Facebook experience within the People organization, to managers and leaders, and to everyone at Facebook

  • Based on data and insights, develop and drive tactics to improve the experience people have working at Facebook

  • Partner with HR Business Partners to incubate and scale new programs designed to increase engagement

  • Build relationships with key academic collaborators

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8+ years of work experience related to HR

  • Knowledge in survey design and various research methods to understand employee voice

  • Demonstrated program design and program management experience

  • Communication, interpersonal, relationship building, consulting, and teamwork experience

  • Research experience – experience to drive qualitative research and partner with People Analytics team to build the story related to quantitative data

  • Demonstrated change management experience

  • Experience thinking and prototyping new ideas

  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Knowledge in organizational research and collaborations with academics

  • BA/BS degree

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience helping global organizations scale

  • Experience in consulting and design/innovation experience

  • Experience designing and/or running engagement survey
