Description Recruiting is a core strategic driver of Facebook's success. We have a world-class team working together to help drive our ambitions and scale to the next level. We are looking for a Project Manager to work at the intersection of project management, communications and knowledge management to help drive recruiting initiatives and communication across our recruiting function. This person will support the Specialized Tech Recruiting vertical in developing and executing their leadership vision and plan through strategic communications. You will be part of a high performing team, working closely with the Group Lead and involves interfacing and coordinating with numerous internal teams on strategic initiatives and meetings. They will assist with internal operations, and contribute to strategic projects and initiatives. Candidate should be organized, proactive, able to work well under pressure, be known for rigorous preparation and execution, and have outstanding communication skills. A successful Business Manager will be strong in communications and project management, able to shift seamlessly between strategic counsel and smaller daily tasks. This person should be a team-player and eager to work in a fast-paced, high-expectations environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with Head – Specialized Tech Recruiting to plan year, investing time in what is strategic and important

  • Lead meeting preparation and briefings

  • Communications Management

  • Streamline internal communication strategies and channels for Specialized Tech Recruiting

  • Coordinate with the Recruiting Programs and Operations Team members to develop and implement global internal communication strategies, messages, tools and cascade mechanisms

  • Prepare presentations for delivery to specific audiences e.g., monthly updates, leadership monthly recruiting updates and business updates

  • Ensure follow up on necessary action items coming out of executive or leadership meetings

  • Lead preparation for all scaled communications and meetings, including All-Hands, posts and emails, business meetings and reviews

  • Partner with leadership to build programs and processes that inform individuals to enable teams to make decisions at the right level in order to operate efficiently

  • Interface and consult regularly with cross-functional groups and stakeholders within and outside of Specialized Tech Recruiting

  • Stay up-to-date with company wide business policies to communicate applicable change management in order to ensure department alignment

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree

  • 5+ years business strategy, project management or communications experience

  • Experience working with people of all levels, including executive and C-suite level

  • Experience with building presentations in PowerPoint and/or Keynote and compiling briefing materials

  • Experience with shifting priorities, while maintaining organization and control

  • Experience driving strategic decision making within a given function
