What you'll be doing... Identify and qualify/disqualify new business opportunities within an assigned territoryWork in lockstep with dedicated Account Executive partners to successfully execute on a strategic territory plan and drive sales pipeline growthEngage in meaningful introductory value-based conversations with both business and IT executives within prospective companiesExecute against proven sales processes to generate new sales opportunities and conversations for the field sales teamManage the early stages of the sales process to ensure thorough territory coverage and drive sales accepted opportunity/pipeline creationMap prospective accounts around organizational structure, people and existing technology to find where our solution fits within their environmentLeverage CRM tools to create, manage, and strategically align early-stage opportunities and a successful handoff to Account Executive partners
What you'll bring to the table... 2+ years of experience in Business Development/Inside Sales, with proven success in driving customer meetings and developing early-stage opportunities Eager to pick up the phone and engage the market with professional tact to effectively communicate with executives at some of the world’s biggest brandsExcellent writing skills that demonstrate professionalism and compelling reasoningIntellectual curiosity and a keenness to grasp critical issues facing global companiesAble to take the initiative to get things done and maintain a high level of organization
