Description As a Diversity Business Partner - Program Manager, you will develop strategies to increase the volume of qualified applicants and hires from underrepresented backgrounds, support the advancement of internal talent, and continue to build an inclusive workplace for employees across the Global Marketing Solutions (GMS) organization. Additionally, the incumbent in this role will design and guide our efforts to build and integrate D&I programs throughout the company's systems, processes, and organizations. You will program manage and operationalise on a wide range of D&I programs that will increase the impact of D&I strategies, and drive cross-functional efforts to measure short, mid, and long-term program impact. We are seeking a collaborative and skilled diversity and inclusion practitioner with demonstrated ability to leverage change management expertise to drive process efficiencies related to holistic strategies aligned to the employee life-cycle. Key to this role is the ability to partner and integrate diversity and inclusion within business, HR and recruiting processes with the ability to move fast, navigate ambiguity, strategically influence leaders across all levels of the organization, and collectively make an impact. This role is a full-time position, based in our London office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Apply D&I strategies and operationalise programs for finding, growing and keeping diverse talent

  • Apply advanced Diversity & Inclusion knowledge whilst demonstrating understanding of org/ function D&I needs

  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data trends to evolve D&I programs across GMS

  • Lead projects from initiation through to execution, to scale and operationalise D&I programs across different regions

  • Influence and drive impact through cross functional, collaborative internal working relationships with the Diversity team and HR/Legal/Recruiting/People Analytics functions

  • Proactively identify the root cause of complex issues across multiple program areas

  • Propose industry-leading, creative solutions and influence leadership to take action

  • Be accountable for the results of managing risk, taking into account employee, business and company perspectives

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Corporate business experience of driving change management

  • Diversity & Inclusion subject matter expert (and/ or combination of experience in HR, Recruiting, Talent Management and Diversity & Inclusion), with the ability to consult and influence senior leadership and cross functional stakeholders

  • Program and project management experience of scaling and operationalising programs across functions and regions (in at least one or a number of these regions: EMEA, APAC, LATAM)

  • Experience with diversity content development and facilitation

  • Experience with strategic operations of designing data-driven diversity and inclusion strategies and programs

  • Experience of building successful relationships, for cross-functional collaboration, strategy & vision development and communications

  • Experience with research and data analysis

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent HR work experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience supporting sales and marketing business areas
