NetApp is looking for a Talent Acquisition Analytics guru. If you know how to take raw data and turn it into a compelling narrative then this job is for you!

 

You’ll work closely with Talent Acquisition leaders to influence hiring strategies, processes, and candidate experience. Using predictive analytics you’ll help shape NetApp’s future approach to acquiring the right talent and achieving strategic goals. You’ll draw insights from data on talent internal and external to better assess what makes employees successful and to fill talent gaps.

 

  • Provide the Talent Acquisition team with data to drive recruitment efforts, examine market trends, and communicate areas of opportunity which enable the business to make more informed decisions
  • Produce several global reports per week to measure effectiveness of TA initiatives and report on organizational trends
  • Function as a liaison with HRIS team to ensure alignment of the Talent Acquisition process to the technology
  • Ability and  desire to extract a story from raw data, through incessant data analysis
  • Highly self-motivated, self-directed and a quick learner
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and creatively solve problems
  • Excellent communication with strong attention to detail
  • Extraordinary organizational skills
  • Extraordinary excel / powerpoint / MS Office skills
  • Strong communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Highly flexible with the ability to prioritize around competing tasks and deadlines
  • ATS experience a plus

 

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3- 5 years relevant work experience
  • Experience in recruiting and with HR systems such as SuccessFactors, SAP and Visier
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving and communication skills with an inquisitive mindset
  • Team player with demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective and collaborative working relationships with colleagues
  • Strong business acumen and strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated track record of taking initiative, working independently and handling multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
  • Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent work experience required
