CANDIDATE CHANNELS ADVISOR, RECRUITING OPERATIONS RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively build partnerships across team and with external stakeholders and clients

  • Partner with the Recruiting Team to understand and apply talent pipeline requirements, to screen candidates for eligibility

  • Develop and execute creative strategies through events, tools, and communication channels to increase top of funnel candidate volumes for talent pipelines

  • Advise candidates on additional roles that they are qualified for

  • call candidates as applicable

  • Provide feedback and make recommendations on process improvements, technology, training requirements, etc. - and champion the implementation of the process changes/new ideas

  • Communicate, track, and respond to every referral and referrer within SLA (when applicable)

  • Educate employees on Recruiting Program policies, process and best practices

  • Update manager and other task stakeholders, keeping them informed about ability to meet deadlines and commitments

  • Work collaboratively with Specialists and other Advisors to manage high volumes of candidate review

  • Utilize data to drive engagement and accountability across recruiting and business partners

  • Maintain strong data integrity by executing team processes and ensuring accuracy of candidates status

  • Assist in the planning and execution of ad hoc projects and events

  • Be receptive to feedback and use for improvement

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience in Recruiting, Operations or a Consultative role

  • 1+ years of sourcing or talent assessment experience

  • Experience with influencing, communicating and negotiating in a cross-functional environment both internally and externally

  • Experience with accomplishing daily tasks with minimal supervision and produce high quality work

  • Self-starter who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguity independently

  • Experience with managing multiple requests in parallel, through process management and experience prioritizing competing demand

  • Attention to detail

  • Experience utilizing data to accurately problem solve
