We are seeking an experienced sourcer to join our team who is responsible for Legal, Policy and Communications; a core strategic driver of Facebook’s success. The candidates that you will be working with are leading narratives and working on all products at Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Oculus and Messenger. They will work on some of the most challenging issues the company faces including privacy, encryption, and new regulation that faces the social media and internet industry. SOURCER: LEGAL, POLICY & COMMUNICATIONS RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to deeply understand the requirements of the role, the function, and how it fits into the organization.
Develop and execute the search strategy to support our resourcing needs including evolving our processes so we can streamline and innovate how we work with the business.
Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns.
Find, engage and activate candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques.
Coordinate with recruiting teammates to innovate our research strategy for talent identification, market mapping, and competitor analysis.
Partner with Coordinators and Recruiters to manage an efficient model of operation and drive improvements.
4+ years sourcing or recruiting experience either at a search firm or in-house recruiting team.
Experience screening candidates to identify talent and match technical experience to opportunities.
Experience in candidate research or sourcing, diving into the talent market to find people for niche requisitions.
Experience executing a sound candidate engagement strategy activating passive candidates.
Experience managing multiple tasks under timelines, shifting priorities.
Knowledge about Facebook products.
8+ years of experience with a mixture of professional services, consulting, and recruiting.
Experience with project and process management.
Experience influencing leadership and executive teams.
