Description The Global Mobility (“GloMo”) team is focused on delivering an exceptional experience across all relocation, immigration, mobility tax, and other mobility related programs as Facebook continues to grow and scale. We are looking for an exceptional Program Manager to work at the intersection of program management, vendor management, technology implementation and process innovation. Our focus is to deliver efficiencies and productivity gains through operational excellence, deliver an integrated, premium experience for our people, and maximize cross-functional partnerships with more than twenty other functions at Facebook to demystify the mobility process, all-the-while keeping the company compliant.


  • Drive a cross-functional team to deliver against the technology roadmap

  • Provide the hands-on end-to-end program management for Global Mobility during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases

  • Input into long-term strategic thinking including contributing to self-service design for mobility programs to gain greater efficiencies

  • Drive adoption, communication, training and change management of various initiatives within Global Mobility and company-wide

  • Own and influence consulting vendor relationships to align to global mobility technology goals and strategic objectives

  • Influence direction and drive action across teams and work with all levels of the organization to deliver tooling solutions that optimize the use of Global Mobility technology, drive integration of mobility programs and support on-boarding and talent management systems

  • Using data and research to support strategic decision-making and ongoing measurement and continual improvement

  • Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for programs and tasks, anticipating, escalating, and resolving issues

  • Facilitate regular cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines and status

  • Reduce surprises during execution and own project management and progress reporting

  • Bring a strong sense of execution and ownership

  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time, if needed


  • Knowledge of HR practices in the market as well as legislative and regulatory changes and experience implementing technology solutions to support compliance requirements

  • Experience with global mobility processes, programs, and systems

  • Knowledge of HRIS systems (principles and function technology) and experience partnering with HRIS team to integrate global mobility technology solutions across platforms

  • Experience with Workday and Salesforce

  • 8+ years of consulting or project management experience

  • 2+ years of experience managing vendor relationships

  • Experience working cross-functionally and holding people accountable for deliverables without a formal reporting structure

  • Experience working across various levels of an organization to drive and influence decisions

  • Communication experience and experience fostering trusted working relationships

  • 3+ years of data analytical experience in problem-solving in order to drive strategy and change

  • Experience presenting organizational and process flow content to audiences


  • Excellent understanding of and passion for mobility technology with a focus on innovation and challenging the status quo

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high quality work on tight timelines

  • Experience driving internal product decisions

  • Self-starter and fast learner requiring minimal directions who can ‘hit the ground running’

  • Familiarity with project management tools and lifecycles

  • Ability to work across functions and at all levels of the organization to collaborate and help influence action

  • Experience with enterprise product development and systems implementations
