The Global Talent Intelligence team drives strategy for our Recruiting organization by providing impactful market and competitive intelligence to find and hire the world’s best for Facebook. We are building a scaled approach to harvesting, storing and accessing information that unlocks competitive differentiation and team hiring effectiveness. Our team is laser focused on applying data + research findings to achieve the right hiring outcomes. This role reports to the Global Director of Channels Engagement.
Global Manager, Talent Intelligence Analytics Responsibilities
Lead the Vision and Impact of the GTI organization globally.
Drive partnerships through our Talent Intelligence community by applying data/research findings to support the right hiring outcomes for Global Recruiting.
Partner closely with related functions (Recruiting Leadership, People Analytics, Recruiting Insights, HR, L+D, etc.) to ensure that all initiatives are high impact, well-defined, well-communicated, and correctly prioritized, in alignment with higher-order Recruiting objectives.
Scope, evaluate and implement talent intelligence tools, processes and methods, including predictive analytics.
Investigate ways to improve existing processes and fix pain points through automation, streamlining, and shared services.
Manage and escalate risks and issues as appropriate, and establish success metrics for projects and ensure performance is tracked and measured.
Measure the outcomes and outputs of projects and talent intelligence endeavors and leverage quantitative and qualitative results to inform the impact of GTI's work.
Lead the creation and delivery of quarterly business reviews that can accurately capture performance. Communicate impact and achievements to Recruiting and Business partners.
Manage, develop and inspire this high performance team: create training plans for strong in-team and/or cross-functional team peers/partners development.
Provide mid-to-long-term focus for your team: planning horizon of 18+ months (goals, people management and development, delivery, cross-functional team projects and initiatives).
8+ years of Research, Analytics and/or Data Science experience.
7+ years of people management and global responsibilities.
Experience leading multiple strategic change initiatives without oversight.
Experience in highly matrixed organizations: understanding desired business outcomes, influence partner/client goals, and hold people accountable for deliverables without a formal reporting structure.
Experience creating a vision and leading strategically, communicating to a multitude of stakeholders globally.
Experience working across various levels of an organization.
Experience working with, or in support of diverse communities.
Experience working in high-tech industry.
Experience in HR project management, or working on projects that impact the recruiting process.
Experience in Financial Analysis, Investigative/Forensic Analysis or Military Intelligence.
