Description Facebook is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our LatAmTeam. This is a permanent position based in Sao Paulo working for one of Facebook’s most interesting teams. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage full cycle recruiting process for candidates ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

  • Work with recruiting team members (Recruiters, Sourcers, and Coordinators) to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategy for multiple requisitions.

  • Collaborate with client groups to understand their hiring needs and goals.

  • Screen resumes and interview qualified candidates.

  • Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers.

  • Maintain data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis

  • Maintain data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis.

  • Drive offer process - including extending offers, closing candidates, and generating offer letters.

  • Work with Human Resources team to on-board new hires.

  • Act as an internally and externally-facing representative of Facebook and the recruiting team.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Passionate about Facebook and able to speak to Facebook's technology/industry.

  • Preference for 5+ years’ experience recruiting and sourcing roles for all levels of an organization, from entry-level to executive positions.

  • Experience with niche or hard to fill hiring.

  • Recruiting experience across multiple departments and into multiple countries.

  • Patient, thorough, communicative, team player who is detail oriented and has outstanding interpersonal skills.

  • Experience partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process.
