Facebook is seeking an experienced Equity and Executive Compensation Program Manager to consult with C-level business leaders on compensation design and strategy. The ideal candidate will be have a demonstrated ability to design and implement innovative global equity and executive compensation programs at scale. This full-time position is located in our Menlo Park office.

Equity and Executive Compensation Program Manager Responsibilities

  • Consult with C-level business leaders on compensation design and strategy

  • Assess, design, and develop new/existing equity and executive compensation programs

  • Analyze existing equity and executive compensation programs for cost impact, effectiveness, legal and regulatory compliance,

  • Provide analytical and technical support in the delivery of all equity and executive programs

  • Develop materials for the Compensation, Nominating and Governance Committee of the Board of Directors, including competitive data, plan design alternatives, expense implications

  • Work with recruiters on executive offers

  • Develop communication materials, metrics and analytics for equity and executive and equity compensation programs

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS/BA in Economics, Business Administration or another field that uses quantitative analysis

  • 10+ years of experience in equity and executive compensation

  • Understanding of global equity and executive compensation market and trends

  • Experience in annual and long-term financial planning cycles

  • Demonstrated understanding of stakeholders in the executive compensation arena

  • M&A experience

  • Financial acumen, as well understanding of tax/accounting/legal/regulatory issues related to equity and executive compensation programs

  • Experience in partnership, influencing and communication

  • Experience with analytics, Excel, PowerPoint and HR Systems

  • Experience working in performance focused environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree and consulting experience preferred but not required
