Facebook’s Recruiting POP team partners with Recruiting leaders globally to design inclusive top-of-funnel talent attraction strategies and programs, develop trainings to enhance their teams’ skills, create best-in-class interview experiences, and build tools and processes that streamline and innovate our work. Your work on our POP team will play a crucial role in helping our Recruiting teams hire the world’s best builders. This individual will play an integral part in guiding and managing a dynamic and highly skilled team of GPS coordinators to ensure that best practices are in place to provide an innovative, first class candidate experience and quality support to our Recruiting Team. In addition, the GPS Recruiting Experiences Manager will collaborate with recruiting leads and Experience Leads on project initiatives to strengthen the Facebook experience, drive efficiencies within the organization and drive our teams impact. We strive to provide a personalized, best-in-class experience for every candidate, and collaborate globally with other Recruiting Experience Managers and Leads.
GLOBAL PRODUCT SWE RECRUITING EXPERIENCES MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide single point of global accountability to drive GPS experiences across our organization
Develop and implement a signature candidate experience at scale across our GPS Experiences Recruiting organization
Manage a large team of Recruiting Coordinator Leads and Recruiting Coordinators across multiple locations
Build effective partnerships with the client groups and Recruiting Leadership to support current and future requirements
Lead and develop project initiatives to streamline our interview process, as it relates to the candidate experience
Data and metrics reporting on interviewing activity to inform the recruiting strategy
Oversee and plan the hiring, onboarding and training of a hybrid team of Recruiting Schedulers & Coordinators as needed
Monitor, plan and recommend resource alignment and workload across the Recruiting Coordinator team
Lead and develop innovative, scalable solutions that improve efficiency across the team
Anticipate team needs and growth and hire, flex and stretch to meet changing business demands
5+ years of proven leadership experience, empowering employees, developing experience and driving change in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
Creativity in problem-solving, resourcefulness, experience partnering with senior leadership and executive teams
Strategic thinker with proven data analysis and analytical skills with experience partnering with senior leadership and executive teams on recruiting strategy and hiring initiatives
Self-directed, detail orientated problem solver with demonstrated experience and creativity in developing and improving processes
Proven experience to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally and regionally
Highly organized with experience to prioritizing and managing workload effectively
