Description Recruiting is a core strategic driver of Facebook's success. We have a world-class team working together to help drive our ambitions and scale to the next level. We are looking for someone to lead our team of Product Engagement Managers/Product Marketing Managers in the Global Recruiting Programs and Operations Team. This individual will work at the intersection of strategy, program management and product development to help drive towards Recruiting’s vision. This individual will partner closely with global teams and cross-functional partners such as, Enterprise Engineering (Engineers, Product Managers, Product designers, UX researchers, and data teams), Legal, Compliance and Change Management to develop solutions to drive efficiencies, productivity gains and change at scale.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage a team of project managers/product marketing managers to deliver outstanding solutions

  • Identify the strategy, goals and metrics of the team to ensure key success criteria is clearly defined

  • Have a product focus, working in partnership with cross-functional teams to develop Recruiting Products

  • Establish scalable approaches to deliver solutions at scale

  • Influence direction and drive action across teams at all levels to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our global Recruiting organization

  • Interface with recruiting stakeholders to understand business problems and requirements and work with the team to drive solutions

  • Using data and research to help drive product decisions that align with the overall Recruiting strategy

  • Help refine Recruiting communications - i.e. content delivery strategy

  • Bring a strong sense of execution and ownership to the product team

  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of project management experience

  • 3+ years people management experience

  • 2+ years experience developing and delivering software products/features for customers

  • 1+ years of strategic planning experience

  • Experience using MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio or other process mapping software)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to plan strategy, tactics and perform root-cause analysis

  • Ability to identify product opportunities to solve problems

  • Recruiting/recruiting management experience

  • Ability to work across functions and at all levels of the organization to collaborate and help influence action

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to leverage cross-team relationships to drive action and direction
