The Program Manager will contribute at both a hands on and strategic level to shape and optimize Facebook’s Leader Coaching Program, resulting in a high touch and seamless experience for our Director level and above audience.

PROGRAM MANAGER, EXECUTIVE DEVELOPMENT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Streamline and optimize current processes, with a focus on scale and growth, including standardizing communications, identifying inefficiencies and driving solutions.

  • Oversee team of Learning Coordinators in providing client service to our Director-level and above leaders and HR Business Partners, at all the different touch-points of the program.

  • Socialize the program with stakeholders, including high-level HR Business Partners, leaders and L&D Business partners, expertly supporting coaching-related issues as needed. Produce content on programmatic communication internally and externally.

  • Ensure overall program health, including establishing internal quality control metrics, bi-annual coach quality assessments and coach bench analysis.

  • Match Director-level and above coaching requests with the optimal coaches. Help guide population of 75+ executive coaches to ensure successful adoption of programmatic expectations and best practices. Drive content and lead calls with our external coach population to share content, and take the ‘pulse’ that our coaches have on the organization.

  • Source and onboard new executive coaches as needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years experience in Program Management

  • 3+ years experience in Program Management for an executive coaching function in a large organization

  • Knowledge of coaching and what comprises an effective coaching engagement

  • Experience in Chronus software

  • Communication and critical thinking skills

  • Experience with global and/or matrixed organizations scale

  • Experience influencing and strategically solving problems

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Executive coaching certification

  • 6+ months experience in Program Management in L&D at Facebook
