As a Sourcing Lead, you will have the experience to grow with the rapidly expanding business. You will lead a team of sourcers while collaborating with recruiting and business leadership to deliver sourcing strategies and solutions. You will execute on strategies to identify, attract and engage the best talent by building proactive talent pipelines and communities. As a Sourcing Lead, you will be creative and data driven and know how to build a high performing team while building an excellent team culture. This role will act as a player, coach, and also carry some IC sourcing responsibility.


  • Coach a team of sourcers and build a culture of teamwork and innovation

  • Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of the sourcing team

  • Optimize teams’ productivity and continuously up-level sourcing skills on the team

  • Utilize data to continuously evolve the sourcing strategy and analyze teams’ impact

  • Generate data-driven market insights, and lead consultation with the business and the sourcing team to drive hiring outcomes

  • Drive key initiatives, facilitate & lead meetings and projects with recruiting team and client groups

  • Build an innovative sourcing plan to attract the best talent and ensure a high-tough candidate experience

  • Build a comprehensive diversity attraction strategy that is continually improved to ensure success

  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally

  • Share best practices with larger Facebook recruiting team


  • 5+ years’ experience in a sourcing or recruiting capacity

  • Experience developing and implementing sourcing strategies

  • Experience in people development, coaching and motivating performing individuals

  • Experience using a data-driven approach

  • Proven experience building cross-functional partnerships with cross-functional partners

  • Consultative and interpersonal experience with experience communicating across all levels of the organization


  • 1+ years experience leading a sourcing team
