Facebook is looking for a People Operations, Change Manager to join its People Operations Team.
In this role, you’ll have an opportunity to partner with the People Operations leadership team and project teams to craft a strategy and messaging that successfully lands in a clear and thoughtful way. At times, you’ll also influence program direction and help connect dots across the organization to ensure we’re putting our people’s experience at the center when communicating change.

This is a full-time position open to the following locations: Menlo Park, CA or Austin, TX.
People Operations, Change Manager Responsibilities
Use knowledge of business and management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, organizational modeling, and the coordination of people and resources in building narratives
Build presentation decks for projects and team meetings
Consult and coach project teams across the People Operations to support their change management and communication needs to align with employee experience
Partner with Change Management on projects to align messaging with changes and business readiness
Develop deep understandings of various personas and populations to inform better change plans
Ensure education and messaging are clear and aligned thoughtfully
Collaborate cross-functionally with partners to understand the desired behaviors and deliverables of the People organization in support of the strategy
Develop communication strategies and content for broad groups in partnership with the project team and Communications team
6+ years of work experience in communications, journalism, or marketing
Bachelors Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline
Experience working cross-functionally and hold people accountable for deliverables without a formal reporting structure
Demonstrate strategic, analytical and problem solving skills
Experience with communication in large matrixed organizations
Experience in high growth industry
Experience building communication plans as well as executing against them
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Experience building cross-functional relationships
Experience in a consultative role working with a variety of stakeholders
Experience supporting HR communications
Experience in marketing or other creative field
Experience in change management
Strong presentation skills
