To bring this experience to live, we are looking for an experienced, strategic, and creative People Communications Manager. This role will work with our HR/People leadership team to drive internal communications and change programs that enable the successful rollout of our people strategy, Life@/benefits initiatives, learning programs, and efficient daily operations. In collaboration with the Internal Communications, People, and various teams within Facebook, the successful candidate will be an innovator of the People@ communication strategy, creating and delivering communications that improve the information flow and drive understanding and engagement related to existing and new programs.


  • Develop an HR communications strategy that supports the People organization’s goals and focus areas

  • Own development and maintenance of global HR editorial calendar and coordinate with cross-functional team to implement consistent communications across Facebook offices and teams

  • Develop, execute, and manage global HR communications and campaigns, applying a consistent brand voice

  • Draft, edit, and review existing policies partnering with People team, legal, internal communications, and other teams to develop and execute change management and communications plans

  • Consult with functional HR leaders about their communications strategies, and provide editing support across the People organization to ensure consistent use of Facebook voice

  • Create change management strategies and plans that support key HR initiatives and program rollouts

  • Create and maintain a way to gather feedback about HR initiatives and measure communication effectiveness


  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and working autonomously

  • Experience working collaboratively and building cross-functional relationships

  • Experience in internal communications

  • 12+ years experience in communications, marketing, consulting or human resources

  • Bachelor’s degree


  • Experience turning complex information into relevant, engaging, timely and valuable content for both HR and employee audiences

  • Experience in HR communications ,Post-graduate or professional degrees

  • Deeply passionate about Facebook’s mission to make the world more open and connected and just as passionate about supporting the people working to make this mission a reality

  • Experience identifying communication issues and solving problems using judgment and analysis, providing communications guidance and support

  • Experience in tech
