Description Recruiting is a core strategic driver of Facebook’s success. The Specialized Tech Recruiting Programs and Diversity team is seeking a strategic and hands-on Data Analyst. You will be part of a high performing team, with specific responsibility for analyzing data and developing insights that influence initiatives and programs related to recruiting. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical, analytical and operational background. ? This is a unique opportunity to help drive decisions which will impact the growth of our internal recruiting org, the way we engage with external candidates and will help influence multiple cross functional disciplines to make informed decisions and process. The person in this role will impact the company by setting new standards for diversity and recruiting strategies across many areas across our company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze recruiting data and metrics, identify trends and evaluate the effectiveness of our hiring and program strategies

  • Partner in the design and development of recruiting programs and provide recommendations based on key data insights and trends to recruiting and engineering teams

  • Utilize labor market expertise to identify trends, leverage data and competitive intelligence to develop creative and customized recommendations to influence business strategy

  • Ability to design reports that will enable organization wide insights - including ability to drill into different teams, regions, and process areas

  • Synthesize data from multiple sources to develop key findings and tell a holistic story to leaders up to VP level

  • Share data integrity issues or process gaps with leadership and responsible for providing solutions and driving adoption

  • Partner with recruiting to develop customized reports for ongoing client needs and generate ad-hoc reports as required

  • Partner with PMs to develop measurable success metrics and analysis tools

  • Provide on-going training to team, leads and individuals on analytic tools and dashboards, including but not limited to MS Excel, Salesforce, Tableau and others

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years work experience designing reporting & analytics, providing insights and using data visualization tools

  • Experience working with multiple cross functional partners and presenting reports & insights to all levels of the business including senior leadership

  • Experience with data management, specifically with validating and auditing data and reports from multiple systems

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA/BS degree

  • 2+ years' experience in recruitment operations, business intelligence, and/or project management

  • Flexibility to handle multiple tasks concurrently with acute attention to detail
