Facebook is seeking a Psychological Health Program Manager for our growing global Psychological Health Team. The team is responsible for the development, implementation and measurement of global programs to support teams who may come into contact with graphic and objectionable content. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end strategy, design, management, deployment, vendor management and measurement for our employee Psychological Health programs. This role requires close strategic partnership with our in-house Consulting Psychologists to incorporate market research and best practices ensuring evidence-based concepts are reflected.

PSYCHOLOGICAL HEALTH PROGRAM MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead innovation and design of psychological health programs in strategic partnership with our in-house Consulting Psychologists.
Identify and partner with our internal and external teams on well-being integration opportunities.
Design and conduct ongoing employee focus groups.
Manage complex escalations requiring interpretation of plan designs and contracts.
Provide strategic guidance ensuring compliance efforts, audits of data, processes and policies are executed.
Manage on-going market surveys and benchmarking analysis.
Design/Create and measure health program solutions focusing on: Is it solving the customer need? Is it scalable? How does it maximize productivity and engagement? What is the impact to the business? Does it represent an innovative solution to a tough challenge? Is the marketing and distribution creating impact? Does it have success measures?
Build and launch psychological health trainings to employees, Managers and HR Business Partners.
Build and launch psychological health and safety trainings to employees, Managers and HR Business Partners.
Significantly influence new and existing design improvements with strategic vendor partners and internal and external teams.
Develop and analyze key performance metrics and make recommendations to enhance, maintain, or eliminate programs based on this data.
Develop communication and market new programs.
Impact and influence others at all levels in the organization and maintain effective relationships with external partners.
8+ years’ experience in HR, benefits and/or psychological health programs.
Analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to use data to drive recommendations.
Project management and process improvement experience.
Ability to work independently and lead projects involving various groups / locations / vendors.
Vendor management experience.
BA/BS degree or equivalent benefit experience.
Willingness to travel
Networking capabilities both inside and outside organization.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity.
Communication, cross-group collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Organization skills and detail oriented.
