In order for Recruiting to be successful and effectively carry out its strategic mission, recruiters, sourcers, coordinators, cross-functional teams and Leads/Managers must be equipped with the technical and professional skills required of their role and level.
Recruiting Learning is looking for a Recruiting Instructional Designer to design and develop customized training offerings that provide continuous development for our sourcers, recruiter, coordinators, cross-functional partners and leads/manager communities. This position will be responsible for partnering closely with Recruiting leadership, Recruiting subject matter experts and cross-functionals partners who can provide necessary input when it comes to learning design and development activities. This is a full-time position, reporting to the Recruiting Learning Manager and can based in San Francisco or New York City.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to determine performance gaps, identify root causes and recommend possible solutions

  • Translate learning needs into well architected curricula and learning interventions that leverage various modalities and delivery platforms

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in the areas of learning design and development across various modalities and delivery platforms

  • Collaborate with learning team in the planning, design, development, implementation and evaluation of various learning interventions

  • Leverage tools, frameworks and repeatable processes for designing and developing learning interventions

  • Storyboard and prototype learning interventions and validate and test with cross-functional partners and future learners

  • Leverage a design and development suite made up of industry standard platforms that support various modalities and delivery platforms

  • Establish measurement strategies aimed at gauging the impact of learning interventions on Recruiting metrics

  • Drive continuous improvement into existing Recruiting Learning processes and learning interventions

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 6+ years of experience designing and developing learning interventions across various modalities and delivery platforms

  • 4+ years of experience designing and developing learning interventions for online delivery

  • 4+ years of experience integrating learning interventions with industry standard Learning Management Systems
