Manage a team responsible for processing employees exits, both voluntary and involuntary, and delivering an exceptional employee experience.
Partner with Employee Relations, Legal, HRBPs, People Operations, Contingent Workforce, Recruiting, Global Mobility, Legal, and other teams to support exit operations for North America.
Monitor key performance metric scores and implement changes to continually increase performance against service level agreements (SLAs), quality, and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and audit case interaction quality and proactively implement measures to minimize escalations.
Manage inbound employee inquiries, identify needs, process necessary transactions in Workday and other systems, and escalate issues or re-assign inquiry, as required.
Serve as a subject matter expert on HR policies and coach and mentor team.
Identify gaps and drive initiatives to automate and enhance our operations to be more efficient.
Uses data to drive decision making and measure effectiveness of off-boarding processes.
