To support our mission, we’re looking for an experienced and impact driven Diversity Recruiting Programs, Manager. As a Diversity Recruiting Manager, you will work closely with multiple cross-functional partners as well as manage a NORAM team of Diversity Program Managers in identifying successful recruiting channels, assessing and evaluating internal and external partnerships, establishing scalable best practices, analyzing pipeline diversity hiring performance, providing data driven insights and recommendations, etc. We are seeking a people manager who is team-oriented and collaborative with a project management mind-set and a passion for solving really hard problems. The key to this role is the ability to move fast, ruthlessly prioritize, be responsive, navigate ambiguity, and make an impact. DIVERSITY RECRUITING PROGRAMS, MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead team of five pipeline aligned Diversity Program Managers (DPMs) responsible for driving diversity efforts and strategies across Product and Software Engineering Recruiting

  • Drive and amplify DSA strategies, deliver pipeline diversity strategy performance scorecards, identify and implement successful diversity related recruiting channels as well as annual planning, etc.

  • Manage domestic and regional diversity recruiting strategies and reporting

  • Maintain close partnership with cross functional colleagues and stakeholders across the SpecTech and COO recruiting orgs to align on shared initiatives

  • Design and launch NORAM specific programs focused on underrepresented groups, that drive our retention strategies

  • Identify and build relationships with external partners, including thought leaders and peer organizations, that deliver impact and support our diversity and inclusion strategies for underrepresented groups

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of corporate work experience focused on building and executing processes and programs within Recruitment, HR, Talent Management or D&I

  • 4+ years of experience managing experienced individual contributors

  • Demonstrated project management experience with multiple stakeholders prioritizing and delegating projects/tasks

  • Experience engaging directly with executive-level clients and stakeholders

  • Experience communicating with and building relationships with cross-functional partners

  • Experience training/mentoring/coaching team members

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience building out programming in an organization where scaling for growth has been a feature
