The People Data Solutions team is looking to add a data visualization and reporting professional to join our growing team. You will be primarily responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards in tools such as Tableau. This includes consultation with stakeholders, HR and other end users to create high value and intuitive dashboards, data visualizations and story-telling. You may also have responsibility for data quality, integrity, and ensuring accuracy of dashboards.
Data Enablement Solutions Partner- People Data Solutions Responsibilities
Leverage expertise and understanding of the people data structures and integrations to enable the building and implementation of an ecosystem of scalable, client friendly, self-solve solutions
Partner with cross-functional teams, both technical and non-technical, in order to lead data quality efficiencies/effectiveness projects and programs, address data integrity issues and help solve root cause process or systems issues from both a backend and client facing perspective
Lead data quality assurance strategies for HR/people data that incorporates industry leading techniques, methodologies, and documentation
Analyze and recommend solutions to leaders and key business partners relating to data collection, definitions, access control, and process improvements
Inform, influence, and help lead the execution of cross-functional data quality strategies and tactics using sound analysis and impact metrics
Provide process and technical support on an as needed basis for data quality analysis, monitoring, and remediation
Provide in-depth analysis, discovery, and investigation in an effort to meet time sensitive requirements for both reporting and building tools
BA/BS degree in a technical discipline (e.g., computer science, engineering, information systems, math, statistics), or equivalent work experience
6+ years experience with large-scale data management, data structures, and data schemas (i.e., relational database structures)
Coding skills in SQL and at least one other programming language
Analytical skills with proven experience to effectively distill and communicate complex information to all organizational levels and non-technical audiences
Experience with mentoring employees
Experience dealing with ambiguity and to understand and react quickly to changing priorities even when not all of the information is available
Proven application of best practices, judgment, and discretion when interacting with highly sensitive data
Experience with HRIS Systems, Workday, Tableau, Visier and similar tools or systems
Project management experience
