Description
Facebook is seeking a Project Manager to join the Performance Management team. This role will require execution of performance management projects, including coordination of performance management cycle, managing a comprehensive project plan, creation and maintenance of program documentation, and supporting change management efforts. The Project Manager will be a point of contact for program execution and management across the people space, including People Operations, People Products, Learning & Development, and HRBPs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with program partners (e.g. HRBPs, People Analytics, People Products, People Operations) to establish deadlines related to overall program goals, ensure team is aware of key milestone dates, and communicates issues related to staying on schedule

  • Manage program meetings, schedules, milestones and delivery

  • Facilitate relationships between teams, moving process forward, finding resources, raising concerns to appropriate owners early and resolving open issues that prevent progress

  • Track performance activities for the company and establish a clear path and owners of next steps

  • Coordinate with people operations team and people products team to file fixes and log program enhancements for program and product manager review and decision making

  • Identify performance management cycle dates, including key milestones, compensation meetings, develop calendar date timeline

  • Facilitate learning & development sessions on performance management

  • Identify and recommend improvements to internal processes related to performance management

  • Support baseline research including quantitative and qualitative analysis

  • Support strategic program initiatives, including change management strategy and execution

  • Prepare correspondence and presentations, as needed, for status reports, executive updates, meetings, annual planning, etc.

  • Maintain and evolve program documentation for people managers, HRBPs, and all employees

  • Throughout the performance management cycle, act as first level of program support for employee questions related to philosophy, guidance, data and policy – escalating to Program Manager and Lead where appropriate

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of HR or consulting experience in the HR/people space

  • Experience with project management/change management

  • Experience prioritizing needs with reason and solutions

  • Communication, relationship building and consulting experience

  • Experience suggesting improvements or ideas to processes

  • Context experience in one or more of the following areas: performance management, level expectations, HR business partner

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent HR work experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • A combination of generalist HR and specialist performance management experience

  • Experience helping global organizations scale
