As a Programs Leader for University Recruiting, you will support a team to deliver a best in class internship program. This individual will be an expert coach, influencer, and have the know how to strike the balance between optimizing a global strategy and customizing for local context.

University Recruiting Lead, Specialized Programs Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of program managers to support a world class recruiting organization and internship program across Product, Infrastructure, Enterprise, Security, Business, and Global Marketing Solutions

  • Provide care, mentorship, guidance and career development to members of a distributed team, following a strengths-based approach to people management

  • Gain and maintain a deep understanding of the multifaceted elements of the intern program and drive consistency across sites

  • Facilitate and lead meetings and key initiatives with Global Programs team

  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally

  • Compile & analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions and plans as necessary

  • Provide innovative, scalable solutions to drive our hiring to meet FB business objectives

  • Manage team's headcount planning, hiring, training, alignment of work, and budget planning

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program management experience

  • 2+ years of leadership experience guiding recruiting or program management teams

  • Experience with compiling, analyzing and capturing insights from data to support Business decisions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strategic thinker with exceptional data analysis and analytical skills

  • Experience effectively influencing and communicating cross-functionally

  • Creativity in problem-solving, resourcefulness, experience being detail-oriented and strong organization skills
