Facebook is seeking a Workforce Planning HR Program Manager to support our Global Tech organization. The ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate an amazing and innovative Facebook culture as the organization grows and scales. To help us understand and design this experience, we are looking for a strategic, data-oriented, and solutions-focused HR Program Manager. This role will be instrumental in guiding and facilitating effective execution on our Headcount, Location, and Remote Work strategies. Internally, they will also help us develop and implement structured frameworks and processes to enable faster and seamless execution on business and talent reorganizations and reprioritizations.

Workforce Planning HR Program Manager Responsibilities

  • Develop a forward looking workforce planning approach that will support the Global Tech team's goals and vision for expanding our talent footprint

  • Integrate and partner with cross-functional colleagues in the Recruiting, Mission Control, Finance, and HRBP Leadership team, and the Tech Business groups to implement headcount and org planning solutions for a scaling organization

  • Based on data and insights, develop and drive strategies and tactics to improve and scale our external and internal people movement practices and processes

  • Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs and to inform on program or process impact measurements

  • Attend, and potentially facilitate, team and offsite meetings as needed

  • Act as project manager for major HR initiatives, integrating diversity of perspectives into design and delivery approaches

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of consulting and program management experience

  • Project management/change management experience

  • Communication, interpersonal, relationship building, consulting, teamwork and leadership experience

  • Consulting, coaching and facilitation experience

  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and working autonomously

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the technology or Internet business

  • Experience or expertise in workforce planning initiatives

  • Experience helping global organizations scale

  • Experience working with or in support of diverse communities

  • BA/BS degree

  • HR Program Manager or HR Business Partner experience

  • Demonstrated project management/change management experience

  • Experience thinking and prototyping ideas
