Facebook’s Recruiting Programs and Operations (POP) team partners with Recruiting leaders globally to design inclusive top-of-funnel talent attraction strategies and programs, develop trainings to enhance their teams’ skills, create best-in-class interview experiences, and build tools and processes that streamline and innovate our work. Your work on our POP team will play a crucial role in helping our Recruiting teams hire the world’s best builders.
We are looking for a Business Analyst, Global Talent Intelligence to provide actionable data and insights that influence talent strategy. This role is responsible for capturing, curating and distributing industry and competitive intelligence, providing thoughtful talent market analysis, and acting as a consultant and creative problem solver in partnership with recruiting and business leaders.
BUSINESS ANALYST, GLOBAL TALENT INTELLIGENCE RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with cross-functional partners to understand their talent market research needs and translate them into scoped deliverables
Conduct business, product, and industry research to form data-driven talent strategies for a range of industries
Crack tough business problems and present insights in a compelling way that influences action
Capture and maintain accurate market and industry intelligence on our knowledge management systems to ensure a single source of truth for our data and inform our overarching Market Intelligence initiatives
3+ years’ experience in research or analysis in a consulting, executive search, business or corporate development environment
Research experience extracting insights from disparate sources of information
Interpersonal and communication experience, including presentation experience
Experience using market insights and data to influence decisions across functions
Demonstrated track record of building working relationships with teams, leaders, and cross-functional partners
Project/program management experience
Strong data visualization skills
Comfortable working autonomously and operating in ambiguity to solve challenging problems
Effective prioritization skills
