As a Diversity Programs Manager, you will develop strategies to increase the volume of skilled applicants and hires from underrepresented backgrounds in our Specialized Tech roles at Facebook. You will lead a team of high-performing Program Managers to design and deliver mid-to-long range strategies that impact our business goals. You will be responsible for setting programmatic direction in partnership with Recruiting and Business leaders, establishing scalable global best practices for the recruiting organization and providing data driven insights and recommendations to our partners.
We are seeking a team-oriented and skilled people manager with demonstrated ability to design, implement and execute programs and events across multiple sites and organizations. Key to this role is the ability to partner cross-functionally with Recruiting, D&I, HR, Compliance and Legal groups to influence recruiting processes and programs; with the ability to move fast, navigate ambiguity and make an impact.This individual will know how to manage, mentor, and guide a team of program managers through the entire recruiting life cycle while also working closely with our leaders to drive world class recruiting practices and strategy.

Manage Diversity Program Team responsible for designing diversity hiring frameworks, amplifying and driving diverse slating, and creating programmatic solutions across the Specialized Tech Recruiting Organization
Design, launch and scale programs focused on increasing hires from underrepresented groups that support our business goals
Develop toolkits and best practices to equip our recruiting organization with tools and resources aimed at increasing underrepresented people in our pipelines
Identify and build relationships with external partners that deliver impact and support our diversity and inclusion strategies for underrepresented groups
Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Legal, Finance, PR, Growth, Facilities, HR, etc.)
Compile & analyze data and metrics to support business decisions and plans
Identify trends and leverage knowledge, data and competitive intelligence to develop creative, customized diversity strategies
Lead by example through following, setting or sharing program management best practices
Compile, analyze and capture insights from data to support business decisions
8+ years of recruiting experience
5+ years of program management experience
4+ years’ experience managing a team
3+ years of diversity & inclusion program management experience
Experience with project management across multiple work-streams and in partnership with cross functional stakeholders
Experience with strategic operations, consulting, and designing data-driven diversity program strategies
Experience engaging directly with executive-level clients and stakeholders
Experience training/mentoring/coaching team members
Experience building out programming in an organization where scaling for growth has been a feature
Experience with technical recruiting and/or leading technical recruiting teams
Experience managing teams of 10+ direct reports
