Description Facebook is seeking an Internal Mobility Recruiter that will be part of the Recruiting Operations & Programs Team. We're looking for someone that can navigate through tactical and ambiguous scenarios as the role focuses on providing a positive candidate experience to our employees and support the broader People team in APAC. The ideal candidate is a good communicator, strong at relationship building and attention to detail and has passion for helping other people to find different roles in the organization. This role will be based out of our Singapore office.


  • Manage full cycle recruiting process for internal candidates for roles across several organizations and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

  • Partner and collaborate with the Recruiting team from all offices to understand their internal hiring needs and goals

  • Partner closely with People@ teams including Peeps, HRBP's, Legal and Compensation and Benefits, to ensure that all transfers follow correct processes and are managed effectively

  • Liaise with colleagues in HR to monitor sensitive cases

  • Provide guidance and education to hiring partners on best practice approaches for internal mobility

  • Work with internal candidates to provide information on internal mobility, compensation changes, providing clear and comprehensive information

  • Facilitate interview and hiring decisions with interviewers and hiring mangers while partnering with the recruiter and manage unsuccessful outcomes with tact and sensitivity

  • Partner with relevant teams at a Global level to continue to work on improving the Internal Mobility process (tools enhancements, process flow, guidelines, etc)

  • Work in partnership with the team to develop strategies for raising awareness, improving internal perception and educating stakeholders on Internal Mobility


  • 7+ years’ experience within a HR team

  • Experience building strong relationships with employees and hiring managers at all levels

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy, strong ability to navigate ambiguous situations and make decisions

  • Capable of exercising independent judgment and discretion while utilizing company policies and practices to determine appropriate action

  • Ability to interact with all levels of a professional organization

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, problem-solving skills
