RECRUITING LEAD, SPECIALISED TECH RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead a team of Recruiters/Sourcers and work with senior stakeholders to develop the group hiring strategy

  • Manage full life-cycle recruiting process for our clients in PE

  • Work with recruiting team members (Recruiters, Sourcers, and Coordinators) to execute hiring strategy for multiple requisitions

  • Design customized and executable staffing plans while building excellent relationships with the recruiting team and client groups

  • Create innovative sourcing strategies and ensuring a high-touch candidate experience

  • Maintain data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis

  • Drive the offer process - including extending offers, closing candidates and generating offer letters

  • Work with Human Resources team to on-board new hires

  • Act as an internal- and external-facing representative of Facebook and our talent acquisition team

  • Partner closely with the PE Leadership team to execute on our functional roadmap and broader business goals

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience of leading teams, developing capability and driving change a plus

  • Strong understanding of FB vision, story, and long term goals, and how hiring fits into the importance of growth at the company

  • Recruiting experience across multiple departments and with a multinational company a plus

  • Patient, communicative, team player that is detail oriented and has outstanding interpersonal skills

  • Experience partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process

  • Passionate about contributing to the Facebook mission and goals

  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
