Description We are looking for a Project Manager to join the People Analytics and Workforce Strategy team to drive priorities, process improvement, and change management. This person will help facilitate the collaboration with People Growth, Diversity, Total Rewards, and Enterprise Engineering to guide business strategy through data. We need someone with expertise in this area who can thrive managing multiple projects. We are looking for someone who enjoys building and figuring out the best way to do things and to be able to communicate and work with the rest of the team to achieve this.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support and coordinate strategic project work across the People Analytics Team

  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and/or projects with multiple work streams that require inputs from cross-functional stakeholders. Help the team influence stakeholders with data insights

  • Lead and manage large-scale, company-wide projects through planning, development, launch, stabilization, and debrief facilitation

  • Keep track of project progress by updating project timeline, informing people of next steps and responsibilities, setting up meeting agenda, and circulating meeting notes

  • Ensure project sponsors and stakeholders are regularly engaged for input/consultation communicating any emerging risks and corresponding mitigation plans. Provide transparent and timely reporting to all stakeholders

  • Manage and escalate project risks and issues as appropriate, and establish success metrics for projects and ensure project performance is tracked and measured

  • Investigate ways to improve existing processes and fix pain points through automation, streamlining, and program delivery

  • Manage periodic updates to process documentation such as point of contacts, process steps, workflows, and system access

  • Help build and refine communication content and strategy communications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in project/program management

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience in project/program management

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams

  • Experience working across various levels of the organization

  • Experience exercising judgment and discretion when dealing with sensitive information

  • Proven communication and interpersonal experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • PMP and Six Sigma certification and/or relevant project management/process improvement experience

  • Knowledge of MS Excel data analysis/manipulation, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, and chart creation

  • Experience in a high tech environment

  • Experience in HR project management, working on projects that impact the employee lifecycle

  • Experience managing research projects

  • Experience using analytical approach to problem-solving to drive strategy and change

  • Experience identifying appropriate resources for task assignment and prioritization

  • Experience working with data interoperability across systems and an understanding of data ecosystems

  • Experience working in roles requiring high attention to detail
