The Global People Operations team strives to create and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle. This People Services Associate role partners closely with the various HR teams and will be responsible for building a strong HR relationship with stakeholders, building mechanisms to drive efficient operations, employee engagement and compliance of HR practices and guidelines. This position is based in Singapore.

People Services Associate Responsibilities

  • Manage a variety of HR processes with a focus on candidate experience and process streamlining

  • Focus on process improvements and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

  • Partner with the technology teams to drive process improvements and ensure a high level of automation

  • Manage the execution and implementation of global processes and accommodating for geographic/entity guidelines

  • Serve as an escalation point for complex employee relations’ issues and provide guidance and intervention, as needed to resolve grievances

  • Support People Services team in APAC on day-to-day operational issues

  • provide guidance and leadership and serve as a backup when needed in the areas of new hire administration, benefits administration, and general employee inquires/requests

Minimum Qualifications

  • Exceptional customer service skills and proven ability to perform in fast-paced environment

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to interact with all levels of a professional organization, handle sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle various priorities

  • Strong communication skills, ability to forge strong relationships with business and within HR

  • 3+ years of HR operations experience with specific focus working in a High Tech environment

  • Familiarity with employment regulations and HR landscape in Indonesia

  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
