Global Mobility Program Manager, M&A

The Global Mobility Program Manager partners at all levels of the company to ensure the successful execution of our Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) strategy as it relates to Global Mobility. The ideal candidate will have significant previous experience leading Global Mobility subject matter areas and providing direction to internal stakeholders at a fast paced multinational company. The successful candidate will be pivotal to the program running smoothly across the various insourced and outsourced operations teams and maintaining compliance with government regulations - all the while delivering a premium people experience. Strong vendor management/partnership and demonstrated success independently managing multiple activities for a large mobility program is required. Prior experience with merger and acquisition related activity relative to Global Mobility is strongly preferred.

Global Mobility Program Manager, M&A Responsibilities

  • Wide and deep subject matter expertise across all 3 Global Mobility pillars (Relocations, Immigration, Mobility Tax) and across US & Global jurisdictions.

  • Independently and strategically advise the M&A Integrations team on all deal complexity as well as communicate/set expectations across all Global Mobility leaders.

  • Single POC to represent Global Mobility, coordinating across subject matters, time zones and internal Global Mobility teams for multiple deals, simultaneously.

  • Continuously update and partner with competency teams and leadership to ensure alignment and shared accountability.

  • Role model partnership and collaboration at all levels with internal stakeholders, to execute on dependencies related to Global Mobility (e.g. Payroll, Employment Law, I-9/People Compliance, People Operations).

  • Build process efficiencies and look to streamline information/workflows, while delivering on legal/policy compliance requirements.

  • Vendor management as it relates to M&A transactions, roadblocks and target company experience.

  • Ensure M&A mobility needs are included in Global Mobility program decisions - e.g. technology, tools, vendors and policies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or directly related field.

  • 8+ years working in a technical role within Global Mobility with industry in-house mobility program experience.

  • Experience influencing all levels of leadership and lead industry transforming practices across all vendors and to articulate Global Mobility matters to leadership and/or stakeholders.

  • Project management skills across multiple disciplines and stakeholders driving projects from conception to implementation.

  • Experience with attention to detail and accuracy, working with highly confidential data, and absorbing/retaining large amounts of data.

  • Communication skills with experience distilling technical/policy into tangible actions.

  • Experience exercising independent judgment and discretion while utilizing company policies and practices to determine appropriate action. Experience analyzing situations and spotting potential issues.
