Description Facebook’s Global Recruiting Programs and Operations team is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to assess the efficacy of our recruiting programs. You'll be responsible for developing, managing, and providing insights related to the measurement of our operations such as employment brand content, referrals programs, recruiter learning, event ROI, and our diversity programs

You’ll identify ways to tell a compelling story about the impact of our recruiting programs. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop measurement framework to document content marketing performance in a dashboard format, including key KPIs from all channels

  • Measure the ROI of all content marketing efforts, including organic, paid, and earned content

  • Connect content engagement to business actions

  • Uncover gaps in current insight tools, integrate new analytics and tracking solutions to surface data

  • Report on actionable steps to optimize and improve the performance of brand content

  • Report on growth/engagement/demographics of our current communities

  • Pull insights from all career channels and compile the most important recommendations plus top/bottom content

  • Lead monthly meetings with each Ops and Program manager to communicate results related to their area of responsibility

  • Manage data from our media partners - for example, LinkedIn and Glassdoor

  • Track our external vendors and our campaigns on their channels to applications and hires

  • Connect our general quantitative/qualitative research insights to the data in order to create action plans

  • Track progress against action plans and communicate outcomes and status

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 4+ years’ data analysis experience within a branding or marketing team

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with Google Analytics and customizing the environment for business analytics goals

  • Proven ability to manipulate, store, and report on data via excel and/or SQL

  • Experience using visualization tools (Tableau, for example) to communicate and present insights

  • Proven track record of delivering business value by making recommendations utilizing data insights

  • Demonstrated ability to adapt, learn new skill sets, and gain an understanding of operational challenges

  • Experience in building relationships and collaborating within a cross-functional team

  • Outstanding organizational, time management, and communication skills

  • Entrepreneurial, with a proven ability to execute on multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Flexible as the needs and demands of the team evolve

  • Strong presentation skills
