As the Vice President, Professional Services, you will be leading our global services teams to define and deliver world class implementation, training, adoption and strategic services to Visier’s customers and prospects.

With deep experience in business development as well as delivery and operations of the services business, the Vice President, Professional Services will lead our transformation from a support structured service delivery team to a multi-practice business that delivers cohesive consulting services aimed at maximizing the satisfaction and value realization of Visier’s applied business analytics solution.

The Vice President, Professional Services will be a natural collaborator who can work closely with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success and Partnerships to drive and support the growth of Visier’s software product line - and to effectively manage internal and partner resources to allow our customers get the level of services they need in the manner they want.

In this customer facing role reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, the VP, Professional Services will have the ability to engage with line of business and IT executives to ensure our customers invest in the appropriate level of services to maximize customer value and broadscale adoption of Visier. This leader must have extensive experience managing services delivery business operations, and must be comfortable delivering services with remote resources primarily based in hubs (and expanding to continental hubs).

The VP will champion a culture that promotes creativity, individual impact, rapid and iterative change, and they must be obsessive about ensuring customer success.

What you'll be doing...

  • Leading the professional services sales, operations and practice teams
  • Aligning customers and internal teams for the success of Visier products
  • Creating service and training packages that are clearly defined and deliver high value to customers
  • Driving the ecosystem such that Visier partners are able to perform at the same level as our services
  • Expanding the business as necessary to support corporate growth
  • Setting the strategy and standards of professional service offerings
  • Managing the P&L of the business optimized for corporate margins
  • Developing and guiding the leaders and staff of the professional services organization
  • What you'll bring to the table...

  • 5 years’ experience leading an international, multi-practice professional services organization
  • Proven experience building successful, highly engaged teams with strong retention rates
  • Track record of success in setting and achieving individual and revenue goals
  • Science or Business degree (MBA preferred), or equivalent experience
  • Experience with the delivery of Analytics (or Business Intelligence Solutions) is required
  • Management consulting experience required (HR consulting experience desired)
  • Experience working in a SaaS or software technology environment required
