To support the quick-growing demand, we are hiring an L&D Onboarding Partner to support Global Onboarding initiatives.

Learning and Development Onboarding Partner Responsibilities

  • Define end-to-end operational processes in use today, and identify gaps in support of implementing automation or scalable operations and/or systems

  • Manage multiple global cross-functional onboarding projects and efforts

  • initiate and drive from ideation to implementation

  • Build relationships and collaborate closely with multiple teams to gain consensus, resolve issues, and drive successful onboarding experiences across orgs and levels

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the holistic onboarding experience and the respective stakeholders, and seek opportunities to proactively solve needs and pain points

  • Identify and communicate risks and changes to the experience, and provide recommendations to solution

  • Analyze data from multiple sources to drive effective decision making

  • Partner with product, program and engineering teams to drive onboarding programs and/or tooling growth and adoption

  • Partner to maintain accurate and effective onboarding content and messaging (reactive and proactive), and ensure alignment with broader cross-functional partners and company communication goals and strategy

  • Strategic thought-partner and consultant, engaging with various teams/roles in support of the ideal onboarding experience

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years human resources or corporate work experience

  • 8+ years program or project management experience

  • 3+ years Learning and development experience

  • Experience influencing across all levels

  • Working knowledge of change management principles

  • Communication, interpersonal, relationship building, consulting, and teamwork skills

  • Experience with design and solutions across systems and managing both broad strategy and nuances/details

  • Experience thinking creatively and prototyping new ideas

  • Experience operating in a matrix and constantly changing environment

  • Knowledge of basic data and analytics concepts and usage

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years onboarding work experience

  • Experience in Human Resources program management

  • Experience in Technology industry or startup

  • BA/BS degree
