At Facebook we pride ourselves on making data-informed decisions. This includes not only decisions we make about our platform, which serves over 2 billion users, but also decisions about our workforce. Our Workforce Analytics team uses data to understand how to grow our workforce, to ensure our workforce has the right information and support, and to facilitate strategic planning for our people across the company.
As a Workforce Analytics Researcher you would play an integral role in solving some of our most pressing challenges about how to get the right information, to the right people, at the right time to succeed in our mission. We are looking for someone interested in a dedicated analytical, data engineering, and research role focused on forecasting and scenario modeling.
There is a lot of white space to grow and develop the roadmap for this work in collaboration with leadership at the company.
