Facebook is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator Lead to organize and mentor our U.S. Tech Recruiting Coordinators & Schedulers. This individual will play an integral and hands-on role in guiding a dynamic and highly skilled team of recruiting coordinators & schedulers ensuring that best practices are in place providing quality support to Facebook’s Global Recruiting Team.

RECRUITING COORDINATOR LEAD/MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review, create, and implement new strategies to improve efficiency and scalability across the specialized technical recruiting teams

  • On board and mentor coordinators to handle the daily challenges involved

  • Monitor coordinator workload and load balance as volume shifts across recruiting teams

  • Drive adoption of relevant recruiting tools and resources in support of operational efficiency, reliability and consistency

  • Diagnose/track interviewer population, identifying concerning trends and creating solutions and strategies for improvement

  • Plan and recommend resource alignment/additions

  • Facilitate Tech Coordinator team global community and on-going learning through productive meetings and/or workshops

  • Understand the nuances of each technical team’s processes in order to train and coach a versatile group of coordinators

  • Accountable for leading one or more cross functional team projects or initiatives

  • Support Recruiting Manager’s calendar and overall team for general projects/events

  • Partner with Candidate Care Lead to improve process and recommend efficiency gains

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least two years’ experience at Facebook as a Coordinator/Coordinator Lead

  • Experience with data analysis and presentation

  • Track record recognizing challenges, creating and executing solutions

  • Experience in effectively training, mentoring and on boarding new hires

  • Experience presenting in front of a group

  • Proven communication skills

  • Proactive approach to solving problems

  • Sense of urgency in all matters related to recruiting with customer service skills
