Facebook is seeking a strong cross-functional collaborator to support a wide range of initiatives and programs across the company by strengthening our inclusive approach to talent management processes and programs. Our end goal is to leverage the cognitive diversity of our people to strengthen all aspects of our business. The Diversity Program Manager, Talent Management will provide strategic input on a range of Facebook’s people products, processes and programs related to Talent Management across multiple business areas while owning and managing cross-functional projects. This person will be responsible for building a scalable structure that integrates and strengthens our diversity and inclusion lens throughout various functions at Facebook. This new role on the Diversity Team will benefit from close partnerships with People Growth, People Analytics, People Products, Legal, Communications, among other departments. This role requires close collaboration with executive leadership across the company. The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following: talent management, people analytics or diversity consulting.

Diversity Program Manager, Talent Management Responsibilities

  • Provide a diversity and inclusion perspective in talent management processes across functions and stakeholders

  • Counsel talent management partners on best practices for diversity and inclusion

  • Review development and roll-out of a range of talent management programs requiring the application of a diversity and inclusion lens

  • Compile, track and synthesize large data sets

  • Build processes to scale programs in business units across the company

  • Act as liaison between internal teams for reviewing talent processes and programs

  • Assist team in reviewing messaging and communications from a diversity and inclusion point of view

  • Manage cross-functional projects

  • Develop and manage relationships with relevant external partners

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of corporate business experience

  • 5+ years experience in program or project management executing across a matrixed organization

  • Experience with people or people related programing such as diversity or talent management

  • Experience interacting with different executive levels, both internally and externally

  • Experience operating autonomously

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in people related programs and program data reporting
