As a new addition to our mostly quantitative research team, we are looking for a Mixed-Methods Researcher who can collaborate to influence innovative solutions to increase diversity and inclusion and optimize employee performance, growth, engagement and retention.


  • Design hypotheses and lead mixed-method studies to derive insights about the behaviors and attitudes of employees and identify opportunities for improving people processes and roles in an ambiguous and fast-changing environment

  • Weave together qualitative and quantitative insights for data-informed, complete insights

  • Communicate results and illustrate suggestions in compelling and creative ways to influence stakeholders and motivate behavior change

  • Lead participatory and design thinking workshops with users and with stakeholders at the right program and product development stages

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with quantitative researchers, program managers, HRBPs, and engineers to align on priorities

  • Stand up mixed methods analytical frameworks to socialize a design thinking mindset with the People Analytics team and HR stakeholders


  • 3+ years experience in user research (applied product or system design)

  • M.A/M.S in Social Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Human Factors, Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Cognitive or Experimental Psychology or a related field

  • Experience with qualitative and user-centered design methods (individual and group interviews, diary studies, direct observation, think-aloud usability testing)

  • Experience with quantitative research (design surveys and experiments, including sampling and execution of stats analysis of data)

  • Demonstrated experience in give-and-take collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders

  • 1+ years experience building cross-functional relationships


  • PH.D in Organizational Behavior, Human Factors, Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Cognitive or Experimental Psychology, Social Psychology or a related field

  • Experience in advanced inferential statistics techniques such as Multivariate Analysis, Correlations, Regressions (SPSS, R, & Excel)

  • Experience working in the tech industry

  • Experience working in HR

  • Experience coaching/mentoring of junior employees

  • 1+ years experience translating research insights into products/programs in the HR space
