Our Managers and Leaders are a core strategic driver of Facebook’s success. We have an outstanding team working together to build and scale Facebook, and we’re striving to provide a unique experience for every Manager and Leader working at Facebook. To help us understand and design this experience, we are looking for a strategic, highly-organized, and action-oriented Program Manager. This role will work with a Program Lead and cross-functional teams building the foundational support systems for Facebook’s Managers and Leaders.

PROGRAM MANAGER, MANAGER AND LEADER EXPERIENCE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with Program Lead in creating an innovative Manager and Leader experience by building guidance, policies, and processes

  • Understand the current state Manager and Leader experience and partner with Program Lead and People Analytics to continuously measure effectiveness

  • Collaborate with Learning & Development, Diversity and Inclusion, and People Products to influence training and product experiences

  • Work with Program Lead and partners (e.g. HRBPs, HR Program Managers, People Analytics, People Products, People Insights, People Operations, and Communications) to establish deadlines and deliver on overall program goals, ensure team is aware of key milestone dates

  • Develop a strategy for keeping all relevant teams and stakeholders up to date and aware of project/program launches & opportunities for collaboration

  • Facilitate relationships between teams, moving process forward, finding resources, raising concerns to appropriate owners early and resolving open issues that prevent progress

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8+ years of work experience in HR, recruiting or consulting

  • Experience with project management, program design/management, and change management

  • Communication, interpersonal, relationship building, consulting, and teamwork skills

  • Experience thinking creatively and prototyping new ideas

  • Experience operating in a matrix and constantly changing environment

  • Experience helping global organizations scale

  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent HR work experience
