Visier is looking for a highly-experienced sales professional to join our rapidly expanding embedded analytics business.

Our team is one of the fastest growing at Visier, and is extremely forward thinking and agile.

The Visier Embedded Analytics team is looking for a seasoned seller to join our team to grow our embedded analytics business with net-new partners. The right candidate has deep SaaS experience, high familiarity with OEM and partner channel models, is highly comfortable with creating new commercial models, and feels at home navigating customer organizations at the executive level. Experience with analytics and HR technology is ideal. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end OEM sales, from identifying potential leads, opening the door for initial conversations, all the way to negotiation and coming to a final deal. This is a quota-bearing role.

What you'll be doing...

  • Research, identify and prioritize embedded analytic partner opportunities
  • Manage a pipeline of these opportunities
  • Gain access to executives at prospective accounts to qualify opportunities
  • Coordinate the full embedded analytics sales cycle, including presales, information security, enablement and other key stakeholders as needed
  • Understand the partner’s commercial model, and design appropriate commercials to embed our product
  • Propose and negotiate commercial models and pricing
  • Manage contract negotiation
  • Stay involved with OEM accounts once they have become active partners
  • Participate in relevant industry events
  • What you'll bring to the table...

  • 10+ years experience in sales or business development
  • 5+ years deep SaaS experience
  • 5+ years experience with OEM commercial models
  • An entrepreneurial attitude coupled with a drive to grow a business along with your own brand
  • The creativity to find out-of-the-box solutions to emerging and new challenges
