Description Facebook is seeking an HR Business Partner to support our WhatsApp team. The ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate an amazing and innovative Facebook culture as the organization grows and scales. This is a full-time role located in our Menlo Park, HQ Office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the HRBP for the WhatsApp Business teams and Facebook Marketing teams providing hands-on team support and leveraging broader org resources

  • Provide strategic business and thought partnership

  • Proactively assess team, employee and manager development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions

  • Manage and facilitate organizational design and development, leadership coaching, and team-building that support change and growth

  • Integrate and partner with HR colleagues in the Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation, People Operations, and HR Programs teams to implement solutions for a scaling business

  • Provide coaching and developmental feedback to people managers and individual contributors

  • Partner closely with international HR partners on global strategy and execution

  • Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions to drive/influence desired outcomes

  • Manage Facebook’s performance summary cycle and employee engagement survey throughout the year

  • Working with our Employee Relations partners, help to solve employee relations issues

  • Attend and facilitate team and offsite meetings as needed

  • Participate as an integral member of extended HRBP community

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years’ experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role, 8+ years of business experience

  • Demonstrated project management/change leadership experience

  • Communication, interpersonal, relationship building, consulting, teamwork and leadership experience

  • Consulting, coaching and facilitating experience

  • BA/BS degree

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Masters Degree in HR/Business or related field

  • Experience working with or in support of diverse communities

  • Experience supporting various client groups simultaneously

  • Experience operating in a matrixed and constantly changing environment

  • Experience helping global organizations scale
