Description Facebook’s Global Attract Team is seeking an Employment Brand Manager to manage and execute global University recruitment marketing efforts. In this role, you will develop brand marketing campaigns that position Facebook as a great place to work and authentically communicate our unique culture to attract top student and graduate talent.

This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong global partnership across Recruiting, Events, Communications, PR, Engineering, Business and external agencies to identify solutions to support recruiting and branding goals.

If you have a track record of building compelling marketing content, and have creative ideas that you can resourcefully execute on in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you. Optimism, problem solving, and the ability to successfully navigate ambiguity is a must.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and employ a go-to-market strategy that conveys our employment brand story and narratives through digital campaigns

  • Drive full-cycle brand and marketing campaigns — planning, launch, engagement, tracking, optimization and reporting

  • Manage day-to-day planning and execution of brand and marketing efforts to support global university and PhD recruiting initiatives

  • Manage campaign strategy, ad outreach and strategy (organic, paid, shared), along with execution

  • Create engaging content to fuel our channels, including website and blog features, photos, videos, mobile games/puzzles, AR/VR experiences, event experiences/activations, and communication templates

  • Leverage opportunities to engage Facebook employees in employment branding efforts

  • Enable recruiting team with content and toolkits for candidate engagement

  • Evaluate metrics, report on campaign results and determine ROI

  • Proofread and edit content pieces before publication

  • Align goals/objectives with hiring areas with a strong focus on engineering and tech audiences

  • Positively position and increase brand awareness for Facebook as a choice employer

  • Partner with University-specific research partners to secure actionable insights for the recruiting team

  • Strategically use Facebook and marketing products in recruitment efforts (Facebook LIVE, Instagram LIVE, 360 video, Messenger, Instagram, AR/VR experiences, Facebook ads)

  • Set and manage internal partnerships and expectations

  • Champion diversity and inclusion internally and externally

  • Collaborate with design, production and engineering teams

  • Drive a candidate centric approach and positively impact their experience

  • Follow Facebook Careers social channels

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8+ years of brand, marketing or recruiting experience

  • Proven experience in global brand and marketing management, strategy analysis and reporting

  • Knowledge in using Facebook to support recruitment efforts (Facebook LIVE, Instagram LIVE, AR/VR experiences, Facebook and Instagram ads, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Knowledge in using marketing products to support recruitment efforts (ad platforms, website pages, blogs, etc.)

  • Experience in cross functional project execution and strategy analysis

  • Communication experience

  • Time management experience and experience working across concurrent priorities

  • Experience in data-driven approach to solving problems

  • Organizational experience

  • Experience in customer satisfaction focus, consultative experience and experience influencing and collaborating with interdepartmental teams
