Description Facebook is seeking an experienced University Recruiter to help drive growth in hiring talent within the Product teams. This is a permanent role and is based in our London office. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and cultivate long term relationships with target universities to position Facebook as the top employer of choice (faculty, student organizations, advisers, etc.)

  • Develop data driven strategy for attracting relevant, top talent with focus on ROI and market knowledge

  • Manage full cycle recruiting process ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience

  • Work with recruiting team members and XFN partners to develop implement, and execute hiring strategy

  • Collaborate with client groups to understand their hiring needs and goals screen portfolios/work/resumes and interview qualified candidates

  • Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers

  • Monitor & utilise data to inform overall progress & strategy

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors Degree required. At least 4+ years of experience, including some in university recruiting

  • Ability to build a sourcing and recruiting strategy at the university level

  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Must have strong time-management skills and ability to multitask and maintain focus and discipline

  • Experience partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process

  • Passionate about Facebook product and able to speak to our technology/industry

  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed including evening events

  • 25-30% of travel to European universities and Menlo Park, California
