Description Recruiting is a core strategic driver of Facebook’s success. We have a world-class team working together to help drive our ambitions and scale to the next level. We are looking for an individual to lead the Recruiting Programs and Operations Insights team.
This full-time position will be responsible for driving the vision and direction of the team to deliver insights and reporting for the global Operations function focused.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Global Recruiting Programs and Operations teams to analyze data and metrics, identify trends, evaluate effectiveness of recruiting operations strategies and measure ROI

  • Define, build, manage, and communicate key program metrics to drive for greater efficiencies and operational effectiveness

  • Continuously collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Product, Data Engineering) to help inform areas of focus and strategic direction and recommend appropriate system changes or enhancements

  • Define, articulate, and communicate relevant operating metrics and insights through the use of existing tools and datasets

  • Communicate trends and insights to leaders as well as communicate data integrity issues or process gaps to individual team members and leads

  • One of the key contributors to setting the vision, goals and direction of the team, designing reporting capabilities and operational insights

  • Lead a team of Analysts to deliver against agreed goals

  • Define Recruiting system and reporting improvements to increase the collection of accurate and timely metrics to drive decision making

  • Focus on creating self-serve, streamlined and automated dashboards and metrics

  • Partner with Recruiting Operations leads to establish benchmarks for improving productivity and high-impact initiatives

  • Identify, define and drive changes that allow teams the ability to scale, focus on the right impact areas and enable insights to focus on the next tier of growth

  • Provide on-going training to the rest of the team on analytic tools and dashboards, including but not limited to MS Excel, Salesforce, Tableau, and others

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years’ experience in recruitment operations, business intelligence, and/or project management

  • 3+ years’ reporting and analytics experience

  • Experience with leading/managing a team of analysts

  • Track record of partnering with business, engineering, and data science teams to deliver data-driven insights and translating those into process improvement recommendations

  • Experience with recruiting data and data visualization tools

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Salesforce Reporting knowledge/experience

  • Experience with recruiting data and data visualization tools (Tableau)

  • Effective interpersonal, communication and leadership skills in order to influence operational changes, drive collaboration and maximize adoption of new ideas, tools and practices

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business situations

  • Ability and desire to collaborate and work with recruiting stakeholders across different time zones

  • Advanced problem solving capabilities and refined analytical skills

  • Flexibility to handle multiple tasks concurrently with acute attention to detail

  • Aptitude for learning new technologies quickly

  • Experience in fast-paced work environment
