We are looking for a strategic, analytical, collaborative, action-oriented Program Manager to support internal mobility at Facebook. This role will work with a variety of cross-functional partners to manage transfer processes, products and experience — and ultimately help everyone at Facebook be in a role that plays to their strengths and contributes to Facebook’s mission.


  • Provide strategic direction on transfer guidelines and ensure the transfer process is executed seamlessly

  • Based on data and insights, develop and implement tactics to improve the experience people have changing roles and teams at Facebook

  • Work closely with our People Products team to create/enhance products that facilitate a great experience finding and applying to roles that align with strengths

  • Partner with recruiting team to identify opportunities to improve the internal application, interview and transition experience

  • Moderate internal communities and discussions related to changing roles & teams at Facebook

  • Gather, analyze and report on program and transfer survey data

  • Provide strategic direction about Facebook’s approach to rotational programs and assignments


  • 7+ years of work experience in HR, recruiting or consulting

  • Experience with project management, program design/management, change management, and data analysis

  • Experience managing both strategic work and detailed tactical work

  • Communication, interpersonal, relationship building, consulting, and teamwork skills

  • Experience operating in a matrixed and constantly changing environment


  • Experience helping global organizations scale

  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • BA/BS degree
