This is a new role, seeking a Manager to help us build strategy and planning to support our long-term sourcing and diversity goals for a variety of organizations and levels. Centralized Research Sourcing (CRS) is a dedicated team of research sourcers who focus on analysis, research, training, processes and sourcing, with emphasis on building a diverse workforce for Facebook. Partnerships & Operations Executive Sourcing focus on building strategy and engagement with executives internally and externally, as well as championing diversity at top of funnel. As the leader of both our Centralized Research Sourcing (CRS) team and also a team of Executive Sourcers for our Partnerships & Operations organization, you will have many layers of partnerships, from recruiting leaders to diversity business partners, program managers and sourcing teams. At the core, you will be expected to build out 18+ month program strategy to help us build our resources for delivering on our company-wide aspiration of having a workforce that is 50% diverse; and also programs to help us build out a truly engaged and efficient sourcing strategy for hiring executives into particular organizations (Partnerships & Operations). We are seeking a Sourcing Manager with strong data and project management skills, who has experience managing sourcing teams in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about inclusive hiring and diversity as well as leading people with passion. SOURCING MANAGER, CENTRALIZED RESEARCH SOURCING & P&O EXECUTIVE SOURCING RESPONSIBILITIES
Designing innovative, scalable sourcing strategies that will contribute to our long-range company growth while also driving for greater inclusion.
Develop strong partnerships with leaders and program teams to ensure we are focused on maximum impact for our teams.
Identifying trends and leveraging knowledge, data and competitive intelligence to influence and drive our diversity and executive sourcing strategies.
Leading by example through following, setting or sharing recruiting best practices.
Compiling, analyzing and capturing insights from data to support business decisions.
Defining, designing and implementing research and sourcing programs for a variety of business needs, including understanding and mapping the talent landscape, internal calibration and referrals, and matching those data points with the external talent supply.
4 or more years of experience with team management.
8 or more years of experience with recruiting and/or sourcing, at least 1 year of dedicated sourcing.
Experience managing teams of 8+ direct reports.
Experience communicating and working with cross-functional teams.
Experience in project management and design.
Experience managing diversity-focused sourcing or recruiting.
Experience managing executive-level sourcing or recruiting.
Experience in data analysis.
